Lead Paper Presenter (1)– Transformative Education, Skills, and Lifelong Learning Systems. He is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Educational Studies at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, and serves as the Assessment Coordinator for Affiliate Colleges of Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and an M.Ed. in ICT from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

With over two decades of teaching and research experience, Dr. Dzakpasu has worked extensively in Ghanaian Colleges of Education and universities. His research focuses on technology integration into curricula, ICT proficiency among pre-service and in-service teachers, universal design for learning, and innovative teaching strategies. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and co-authored several teacher professional learning manuals for Ghana’s Colleges of Education.

Dr. Dzakpasu is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and has participated in multiple national and international workshops on online teaching, curriculum design, and educational technology. His scholarly contributions have addressed flipped learning, blended learning in animal science, ICT facility utilization, and teacher attitudes toward technology.

As the lead paper presenter at this conference, Dr. Dzakpasu brings deep academic insight, practical experience in educational technology, and a strong commitment to advancing research and innovation in education.
